Customers Now Enjoy Mobile Communication

Today Wesram Finance, the unsecured personal loan specialists, enhanced their customer service delivery with the launch of their customer mobile subscription channel and their unique mobile shortcode dialling.

Established in Fiji about seven years ago, Wesram Finance specialises in providing fast and reliable unsecured personal loans to the general public in Fiji.

Ms Singh, Manager said, “We are delighted to be able to enhance our customer service with these mobile communication services. Our customers demand fast and reliable service, and our team here at Wesram work very hard to deliver for them. We just completed a few promotions where our customers were able to win themselves smartphones as part of our loyalty program.”

The launch of Wesram’s customer mobile services comes from an innovative culture that that ensures their customers receive the best service. With the new mobile services, Wesram’s customers are able to access information from them at a faster pace and at mobile to mobile rates.

“Our Vodafone and Inkk customers now simply dial 5184/5185/5186 to get in touch with us to check their balances, interest rates or eligibilities. Plus if they subscribe to the Wesram subscription channel, they receive alerts on our loyalty program, product changes and any other information that is relevant to them.”

Ms Singh thanked NewNet Limited for devising their mobile communication strategy and Vodafone for assisting them with the enhancement for their customer service delivery.

Lastly Ms Singh added that the next step for them was to allow customers to check their balances on their mobiles.
Wesram operates at 8 Ellery Street, Narseys Building, Suva and currently has a customer base of more than 9,000. Wesram’s key customer segment is civil servants, while they serve private company employees and other parties willing to take advantage of their unsecured personal loans.
